Description:

Following the successful 10" on Rendez Vous Radikal in 1998 and the "Nan Ticum Remixes" CD on Ignis Records earlier this year, Afe is honoured to introduce the third collaboration of Klaus Jochim and Yann Jaffiol.

Patiently crafted using audio samples exchanged via mail, this work both explores and compares the untired possibilities still offered by analogic synthesis and the wide range of transformations that numeric systems can apply to sound using the latest computer technology.

Telepherique does a good job on the analogic side while Ultra Milkmaids provides accurate digital treatments so that the analogue-computer symbiose is finally obtained with great effect for our listening pleasure.
